Who We Are
-
My journey into CPR instruction began after my dad experienced cardiac arrest. The experience made me realize how quickly life can change and how important it is to know how to respond in a critical situation. I never wanted to feel unprepared or helpless in the face of an emergency again.
Driven by a desire to develop those life-saving skills, I pursued CPR training and discovered a passion for teaching others to do the same. With a background in teaching group fitness, tennis, and undergraduate kinesiology students, CPR instruction became a natural fit—allowing me to combine my love for education with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in my community.
What began as a personal commitment to preparedness has evolved into Rose Training Center, a business dedicated to helping individuals and organizations gain the confidence and skills to respond when every second counts. Today, I am grateful to do work I am passionate about while also raising my children and serving the San Antonio community.
-
Classes are designed to be interactive, engaging, and hands-on. We use instructor-led presentations, discussion, and practical skills training to help participants build confidence and retain life-saving CPR and AED skills.
-
Preparedness, excellence, empowerment, community, and integrity all shape the foundation of our CPR trainings.
Meet your Instructor
Hi, I'm Kali Rose, instructor and owner of Rose Training Center.
I have been teaching CPR since 2021 and have a passion for education and helping others build confidence in emergency situations. My background includes teaching group fitness, tennis, and undergraduate kinesiology students, which has given me extensive experience leading hands-on learning environments.
I believe everyone should know how to recognize and respond to an emergency, and my goal is to provide practical, engaging training that prepares people to act when it matters most.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and raising my children.
